Thank you . This is perfect. I needed card holders for my up coming plant sale. I'll be using cement in cups to hold the wire with a swirl at the bottom to anchor the wire.

Instead of a wood block, what is another substitute object we can do/use?? I saw other suggestions by....continue using the wire all the way down but end with a decent size loop “to hold” the bottom. ☺️

Hi there, Thank you for watching. I can suggest objects that you can drill the small hole to insert the wire into. Metal of course would be difficult but perhaps foam block with floral decor around the foam block, maybe some platics, clay or ceramics (PLEASE EYE PROTECTION when using drills). I hope this helps. 😆 I added some tape to make them thicker. I have arthritis and the larger handles help my hands not hurt as much.
