Placebo version is something outstanding and flawless, it also makes me think of darkness and emptiness as I want to fall off while someone tries to hold me up. I don't know whether you noticed the most commendable and delicious thing over this song is the electronic part. It definitely sounds different from the album version but it deserves to be rated more and considered a masterpiece. Several people slam Placebo because of their manners, as they're not so polite and sincere. However it doesn't matter and my tip to you is to be more and more charmed by the rock/electro vibes they create and the strength of this original and quirky sound! I wonder if any of you could stick to my standpoint.

I still miss my Dad every single minute of every single day. Not only that, I was in prison when he died & had to go to the funeral w/a CO. I kept waiting for him to sit up & say "It was all a joke, I just wanted my daughter to straighten up", but of course, that's not the way it works. When I lost my Mom. As much as I love the original I also love how this is slowed down. I think it gives a new dimension to the song. And when you reflect on the lyrcis it has a certain sadness to it. That's what I love about Kate -- her lyrics were often simple but had such depth behind them.
