It does not work for conversion campaigns. It just shows your ad on random videos, not the targets you submit.

Yes, it really works. If you follow the steps it should target the videos you've selected. You can try using exclusions to help with that extra traffic, such as excluding mobile apps and other things

@TubeSift_Official to look at where my ads showed, is that under Insights or Placements? Insights shows a list of very highly irrelevant videos and isn't showing any of the videos I targeted. Is Placements different than what's shown in Insights?

It only works for campaigns with no goal and it still gets you conversions. Just set one up and try it if you don't believe me.
