This happened to me just this Oct 2022 my doctor said I will not have preterm labor but guess what I had and I had bleeding, I had menstrual cramps like and dizziness that I'm about to faint. And its placenta abruptio Then when I got to the hospital I was already 5cm my goodness I didn't know that I'm in labor already. Thank God me and my son are safe and alive. He was 35 weeks and 3 days when I gave birth to him.

In the last scenario after treatening DIC why not perform a c section because of maternal hemodynamic instability? She could be having a ruptured uterus and because of the hx of RTA one would also get a chance to perform an XLAP to check on other abdominal organs.

On 13th November 2022 my full term baby son died and I nearly died losing 5L of blood due to this 😢 Day before went to hospital asking to help me deliver but was sent home saying baby is fine. They even refused scan to me. Happened in London. No a single bleeding showed, all was internal. He could be saved. I will never heal 😪
