New Orleans is another city like Detroit that has lost roughly 30% of their of their population since 2000... and it is the underbelly that is disappearing, folks who have no resources to relocate..30% is about 100,000 of the poorest of the poor people, street after street of abandoned buildings and homes that people were living in and using, now they're just empty .... and it's not like they relocated to the suburbs from those neighborhoods.. and no one is asking where did they all go.

Ive been 3 times (twice for Mardi Gras, & once for a Halloween parade) & its definitely worth seeing at least once . Its definitely a whole different kind of experience & vibe unlike any other place you would ever see . New Orleans is both amazing & sad in its own ways . The food was delicious & there is a lot of unique things to see & do . Unforgettable
