Places to stay at Cedar Point Ohio (Hotel Breakers Tour)

We stayed there this past Memorial Day weekend, and though we enjoyed it and loved the view of the coasters from our window, it’s a bit pricey for what you get….the early entry is really not that great of a perk because most of the rides around the resort entrance are closed, you’d have to walk all the way to the front of the park to get into the few open rides….. and worst of all, no free breakfast!!!! Next year we’ll save the money from staying at Breakers and use it to buy Fast Lane Passes😉👍

It’s a bit pricey, yes. But I think that’s to be expected at a place like Cedar Point where everything costs more than it should. Including bottled water. What I really enjoyed staying on the grounds is the late night without having to worry about a long drive home.

I'm currently debating on between a cottage @ lighthouse point and hotel breakers for halloweekend for the gf and I. Which do you prefer more?

The cottage is more secluded. It’ll just be you and her. Great if you are looking for a little bit more room and looking to cook your own meals. The hotel obviously has many other people in it so you get more of a social environment. Depends what you are looking for.

I stayed there in June for the first time. Been going to Cedar Point for 38 years, Breakers is a 6 at best. Very very disappointed. ALL HYPE. The comfort inn down on 250 is far better. Cedar Point and Breakers is a a JOKE these days. Going down hill and quickly. WASTE OF MONEY. Its sad

I thought the park was awesome, better than the Disney and Universal parks that I’ve been visiting for the past 20 years, definitely left an impression on our family😁
