my favorite part of the video is the camera guy @ 4:30 who has to hide his heavy breathing after the drilling. it's a combination of needing to not die, but also wanting to make the coach look and sound good, so you end up slowly killing yourself by breathing slow and low. very much like when the uke doesn't want to tap because he knows the coach isn't done with the move yet, but his body is in the process of breaking.
