Hi thank you for this video. What oz leather do you use for the binder?

Many start out with the same thickness as the rest of the saddle… then skive down the whole piece! I’ll usually have some 7-8 oz laying around then skive the part that gets rolled under on a Cheyenne Roll! On a pencil roll I’ll use about 8-10 oz
