I honestly did not believe my first scenario was going to become this popular :P - You can go for Reality Finish / Death, which unlocks very lethal symptoms, so you don't need to wait a long time for all humans to die (if you intend on going that route). - The guide on the description is only for people who are looking for all the endings and can't reach them all.
