Zombies cannot be cured

It only cures the virus, not the zombies. Once you pick up Cytopathic Reanimation, all infected start turning into zombies and cannot be cured by the cure that the world is attempting to make.

Saudi has the best for the airport has loads of connections gets you in most continents early on but you can still do runs with other countries it’s just a lot more luck involved
