plaguebearer buff should come to vanilla. in vanilla apoc is pretty weak unless you go the whole game without being tracked, attacked, bugged, or more so letting plaguebearer claim tracker and lookout would definitely open up possibilities

The PB sees who those infected with the plague visit in the BetterTOS2 mod. In the base game, all the PB has is that players spread the plague passively by visiting each other and is decidedly the weakest of the horsemen as they're just a one person a night killer who forces people to be cautious with visits whereas War has rampage (more consistent and controlled killing), Famine kills everyone who lacks bread, and Death kills the whole town if they live the day they transform.
