Plain Mom Diaries | getting a break, mom guilt, cooking a new dinner recipe

Disclaimer: We're eating a lot in this video! lol but we’re also getting a much needed mom break this week.
At my core, I'm an introvert so for me to feel fully recharged is alone time. Obviously, not the easiest thing to obtain as a SAHM to 3 kids and being a military spouse, but I try my best where I can i.e. having a good routine with rest time. However, when all else fails, asking for help will do just the trick. Even after all these years, I’m STILL learning to do this, and for sure mom guilt creeps in. But I know when I take the time to mentally recharge, I’m a better mom, wife, friend, etc. I’m more patient, loving. Honestly, the benefits are endless! Okay you get me. I love you guys.
