'Plaintiff’s Paternity Petition' & 'Doing You a Favor' & 'Taking Him in and Getting Nothing Out'

First, The plaintiff dated the defendant and said they were both crack addicts. The plaintiff petitioned the court for a paternity test to see if the defendant is the father of her youngest child.
Then, The plaintiff’s son was friends with the defendant. The plaintiff says she took the defendant in and let him stay with her family because he grew up in foster care and didn’t have anywhere else to go. She says she bought a car for the defendant, and they agreed on terms of repayment, but he hasn’t paid her back fully. She’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says he is trying to get his life back on track. He’s countersuing for emotional distress.
Plus, The plaintiff brings her cousin to court. She says she took in the defendant when she had nowhere to go, but now the defendant isn’t paying up. She’s suing for rent and phone bills. The defendant argues she already paid in full.

I'm always down for more court podcasts! I'm doing stuff offsite all the time and this really helps keep me focused. Plus we know that AdrianKnight won't post on podcasts. ;) People complain too much, when all they gotta do is go through the channel and find visuals if they weren't so lazy. :P Don't like podcasts?
