No ifs or buts about it. Also it literally doesn't fucking matter if he clips it or not, with most clipping software they can just have it clip just the game, and not the cheating overlay they may have, so it means nothing, that's why most cheaters are so intent on showing you their clips, cause they think its a get out of jail free card, when its not.
