What is the best way to tune an enclosure of this sort? Internal volume and horn length/geometry? Some help plz. I really want to build four of these, two at 26 hz and two at 35-40. Is it practical for that low of a frequency?

No need to mess around with cabinet enclosure. You can use DSP presets & passive crossovers to get your required frequency response.

Don't focus on low bass in pro audio. It's pointless. As frequencies below 40 Hz are not audiable outside. Even low bass is the main reason why cops come, as windows rattle of neighbours near the event gig. Also, low bass reduces life of driver.

There are only 2 drivers I would install in a box like this. 1 being the Eminence ProKilomax 18. The other being the Peavey Lowrider. The are both superior sub drivers over any other I've used. Both are 8 ohms, so running 2 in parallel to drop them to 4 ohms would make the amp much more efficient.
