My biggest piece of advise for pp after having my first baby last year is to do research on breastfeeding. I spent so much tim researching giving birth that I naively neglected that topic and just thought breastfeeding would come naturally and it was challenging until I was able to see a consultant

postpartum worries me quite a bit as well. I'm almost more worried about this too than the actual birthing. Thanks for sharing!

Girl we are in that together. I’m trying to be intentional now about talking to seasoned moms about how they avoided a tough post partum. I’m also trying to continually pray over that season that it is better than I could hope for 💕
