Being from the UK I'm not sure what PTO means on your side of the 🌊. It's probably something simple but my brain isn't working tonight. Love your spread 🤩❤

It stands for Personal Time Off. When we want to take a day off we can choose to use PTO if we have it which will pay for the time you won't be at work. So whenever I go on vacation for say a week off of work I always make sure that I have enough PTO time to cover the whole week off so I get paid my usual check. But sometimes if I take one day off I decide not to use PTO to save it for longer vacations...hoping that makes sense
