If you don’t mind the taste, try our home remedy = Alka-Seltzer (the normal one) and mineral water on hand (San Pellegrino preferably) for when the urge to vomit comes again or when you feel super bloated. You split one pill or tab with half a cup or bottle of mineral water would do just fine. Take the 2nd contents (the other tab and the rest of the mineral water) if you still are feeling sick. To make it stronger, have a lime or lemon (cut in half to split it with the both servings) but WARNING you will get bubbles that will overspill when mixing the alka-seltzer and lime or lemon so use a bigger cut. Also walk around your home (even in small circles) and slowly rub your belly if you like to move the contents in your stomach so you can burp! Hope this helps❤️
