You might need to adjust the light surrounding your silhouette. Make sure that your cutting mat is also selected in your options menu. If all else fails try a manual registration and normally it should work. My last tip is to make sure items are not in the boundary lines of registration marks and try to make the marks bigger as well. Hope this helps. I feel like every silhouette is a little different and they come with a little learning curve.
