I enjoy watching your Plan With Me videos so much. It's funny because I'm super simplistic about planning. I only have a Midori Traveler's Notebook and I use a modified bullet journal method. But it's so fun seeing your planning because you have such cute stationery and wonderful handwriting. I have recently found a Project Life set (for less than $10!) and I also don't really know what to use them for!

Those card you can hole punch and use as a place to put any notes you have for the week or month. You can also stick your sticky notes on them so you can have a few with you whenever you need them.

I love the way you filmed this, with the clips of everything you spoke about. My planner definitely does not look as pretty as yours by the end of the week. I've crossed out a million things, have arrows everywhere, etc

Thank you! I had fun filming the clips. I always tape in a piece of notebook paper that acts as a scratch pad/brain dump/doodle sheet - I copy over the important stuff, neatly. : ))

A discussion about these cards kind of got started on the IWP fans Facebook page -- facebook.com/groups/inkwellpressplannerfans/. I actually use the Cottage Living set myself... I posted a response to a question about how to use them with a few pics, but basically I use them as a way to keep a running To-Do List with items that don't have a specific time or date to do them. I'll add a small card to jot down items I run across that I want to buy or look up more info on. Obviously, you can just hole punch, but I have a bound flex and I use spiral snaps from AnchorLimeDesign on Etsy to add them and move from week to week. The snaps are reusable! Some of you craftier ladies could make them I'm sure. 🙂

Use the project life cards for project life!! Lol okay that's not helpful. (Though I've been in love with project life so...) anyways you could punch a few favorites to include with your weeks - I do that with my happy planner! :) I've seen some people use the journaling cards for to do lists, notes, etc

Hi, Amber! My #1 tip is to always have your planner out. When it's on my desk, that's when I use it. I try never to leave it in a bag or on a shelf. I follow a lot of inspiring planners on IG and read about productivity/time management when I can. : )
