In winter I always go soup night then a salad night. In summer it's 2 salad nights and grilled light meats and grilled veggies. Sundays us a typical Italian dinner

I might be adding a grill time this winter cause my husband is enjoying the grill. But it's SC, warm enough to grill. 🤣 I am trying to not use the oven as much in Jan. We will see how it goes. Thanks for sharing your menu ideas!!
