I remember a precious picture or maybe it was part of a video of your dad bringing you Starbucks and such a fun loving smile on his face! Thank you for sharing your planner therapy with us. I hope it helped you to step away from the heaviness on your heart, even for a little bit. God is in control.♥️

I’m sending prayers for your Dad and your entire family. My entire nuclear family has been gone since 1999. But God blessed me with dear and loving friends. May He help all of you during this trying time. As a child my family drove to Daytona Beach. We used state routes…interstates were still being built. My Dad walked way out into the ocean. I think it is called the “the shelf” went way out and the water was only chest high. He turned to wave at us when we saw a fin swimming toward him. We pointed, he saw it, and ran safely back to shore. For all we knew it may have been a dolphin. What a dramatic moment. Be strong, hug each other, and take comfort in God’s plan for your family. ❤

Sending love and prayers your way, Sarah. When it came time for me to care for my parents, I felt like it was a chance to give back so much of what I’d been given as they raised me. It wasn’t always easy for them when I was a child, so I acknowledged the difficult moments caring for them, but also saw it as a privilege to give back the love and sacrifice they gave me.

Prayers for your Dad and for strength for your family throughout this challenging time. I had one experience with a sea creature. I was in my 20s and at Myrtle Beach with my husband. I felt something brush my leg and turned around thinking it was my husband playing games. Except he was about 6 feet away from me. When I looked down I saw a gray blob next to me. Literally walked on the water to get out of the ocean. My screams had everybody running out with me. Turns out it was several dead jelly fish that had come ashore.
