Instead of drinking more water, my nutritionist recommended adding a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt to natural spring water. I've found it to be really helpful in keeping me hydrated by the added benefit of electrolytes

One theme I saw and thought was really cool was a water theme. The mood tracker was rain drops and you could probably add some rainbows in there too! It could also emphasize your goal to drink more than 8 cups of water a day. I think it’s perfect :)

this is amazing! i didn't do a spread for july bc i'm just hustling to summer courses all month so i didn't have time, but i pre did my spreads for august when i go back to school!!! my theme for that is just a plain navy blue spread, as i figured that functionality is more important than aesthetics!! i've been using bullet journals for around 4 years now and they have never failed me :) regarding what you said in the video, i would really recommend you to get notebooks with thicker paper (ie. higher gsm), so the ink of the pens you use would stop bleeding through. some good ones are plain ones from muji and mossery!!
