From across the earth---I'm currently in Asia teach in an international school and I watch your videos EVERYTIME it comes out. Your videos makes me so happy because I recognize all the difficulties with planning as a teacher. there's like a million things to write down. Literally there's so much similarities I have to shoot for 3-4 exercises a day as well and I try to get my cardio going and I try to plan for all my classes......... Thank you for posting!

Gorgeous as always. My mother so badly wanted to be Grandmama with that slightly French southern accent. But lord bless her - she’s more of a Wheezer from Steel Magnolias. So she settled for Grandma!
