Google Babylon.js or Three.js they have working samples of that.

@@Nexar26 AR.js based on Three.js is not really doing the same as what is shown in the video. AR.js has no plane detection, but its Marker or NFT-Image based.

@@0GRANATE0 Plane detection is build in Chrome on Android 11 and AR Core, it's called webxr. The Babylon examples require Android 11 and AR Core too afaik
