Great video! Really funny though, yesterday, Dec. 7, I was for some reason tracking the A339 from AMS on FlightRadar 24. Seeing this and seeing the plane I was tracking land is just funny lol😂

When I was a lad, the only international flights from DTW were to London on Pan American and BOAC, the precursor to British Airways. We flew on a VC-10 to Heathrow from Metro (with a stop in Boston). It was quite posh!

wow a sun country plane,, i remember back in the 90s they used to have one i think it was a DC-8 that had a white with gold and orange logos ,, that used to fly out of Detroit Direct to Vegas,, it was a gorgeous plane to watch fly out

@@johnniec2861 That's what it is known as due to it's long narrow-body profile. It also has one of the highest thrust/weight ratios of any aircraft out there, which makes it suitable for places like SNA.
