Plane Spotting - Tan Son Nhat SGN - Full of Surprises

Ho Chi Minh - Ton Son Nhat is an international airport full of surprises. For an international airport that is probably only twice the size (floor space) as Phuket airport, it gets its fair share of international visitors. (Phuket is pretty small btw) Plane spotting for a day while I transited was interesting, and I was treated with a few surprises like Transaero and THY which I wasn't expecting.

Wow what difference since I was there in 1968. Phuket I believe is really Phu Cat Airport since there was a large Air Base there in the 60s and 70s.

Brian fung + if you love c17 global master 3 you can find them landing in da nang every month ( us airforce ) diverly some dioxin cleaning equiment + the problem with most of our airport is they are super near to the midle of city they need to move to country side ( it only take 10 minut or something to get to the central of city @@ ) the run way is long enough for any type of plane but the space for terminal and plane parking is the big problem because the airport are in the city you cant just move people for land so the onlyway now is made a new airport in the country or sub city
