I got a plane blooper: the Gimli Glider. They accidentally refuelled to less than half the fuel needed. No one died though.

I'm a airplane boy so hearing griffin describe airplane accidents as bloopers really tickled me something special. The idea of "there was a big wuh-oh oopsie airplane blooper today, decreased visibility and poor weather caused an aircraft to go off the side of the runway and crash" just caught me so off guard
