Fix the frontier worksop, blueprints still get falsely marked as if they got updated while they did not get updated. Also still no update all subscribed blueprints

People are just pushing their items to the front for the purpose of download count and popularity. It’s annoying but that’s how it works.

Creations and editor are amazing. Too bad this game still not good as Planco 1, need more stuff and developers have to listen us. Also the last DLC was a cashgrab and no 1 buy it, only few rides in not enough. Bring back old themes from Planco 1 for free can be a good start to get back lot of ppls this game sadly already lost.
