Yay, you finally got drones! The dropbox is a good idea, btw. Just have storage for all the stuff you find in bases, ships and eventually the portal adventures.

A more efficient way to do portal adventures is to place the dropbox(es) in the portal area and get the drone to pick them up. (Yes you can actually do this if you cheese the game a bit.)

The rovor can get more storage than the tier 2 locker, and it can be teleported back to base. Cool down for the timer to teleport it back to it's depot is ten minutes.
