From your temp base at -311:84:473 (time stamp 2:28:51), if you exit your base and travel along the cliff face (cliff will be on your right) until you reach -440:81:687 - turn around so you are facing a slightly sloping cliff face. If you look straight up and fly up continually without stopping you should be able to get out. I did this using a T1 jetpack.

There is also a large cave entrance at -234:13:185 (a bit behind and below your temp base) which you can use if the ice is melted. (Not the preferred option).

@@jeanjones7396 Thank you for this information. I did try to fly straight up and couldn't get out. I may have been a little off but it seems like the cliff face juts out just enough to stop me. (Spoiler alert for next weeks video) I finally found a cave system that lead me almost right to my base, no flying needed. It took me forever and a few deaths but I did make it out.
