Planet Hollywood Cancun Is NOT What I Expected! (full resort review)

This is a full review of the All Inclusive Resort The Planet Hollywood Cancun, Mexico.
We reviewed the massive movie themed Directors Suite hotel room at Planet Hollywood Cancun in Mexico.
The room is very new, but is showing signs of wear with things being broken already.
Some people may consider this room tacky, but if you’re going to Planet Hollywood you gotta expect something over the top.
We are heading to Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas in the next few weeks.
We tried the So Cal Buffet at Planet Hollywood Cancun in Mexico.
We tried the Breakfast and Dinner buffet and enjoyed both of them. Planet Holywood’s selection of food was vast and you could never be bored.

I loved this hotel. Great swim out rooms. The room was clean and the food was wonderful. Going back this year. I will say the entertainment could have been better.

Planning on traveling to this resort later this year. I have one question: I love animals and it breaks my heart to see any stray dogs or cats on the beach or at the resorts. One video of this resort showed dogs roaming. Are these dogs owned? Does anyone look after them?

No they are stray I saw the hotel staff feeding them though.

Haha, the first shot of our PH Cancun video was basically identical to yours! I did the same pose. New subscribers here! We agree, the Star Class isn't worth it. The Star Class pool is the same as the Adult Scene one but is just slightly less busy.

I HATED this place! My wife and I stayed there for 1 night of a 5 night trip. It was extremely dirty. I put pictures up on trip advisor. We we in two different rooms due to air conditioning problems and stained bed clothes in our first room Then our second room was still dirty and the minifridge didn't work. Anyone who has stayed at a all-inclusive knows you like a good cold mini fridge loaded with your alcohol and a nice clean room including bedding. The staff was the most rude of any resort I've ever stayed. They never made you feel welcome nor did they smile or say hello as they passed by. The food was very mediocre and after a long day of travel and all the problems, then sleeping one night I paid $2500 just to leave and go to another resort. Thank god we got our money back because they did not deserve the other 4 nights. I didn't care if they just gave it to charity honestly as long as they didn't get it. They are a 3 star a best and that is being generous. They definitely make it look nicer online. Save your money and or spend a little extra and go somewhere else. We went to Moon Palace and loved it. There is a reason this place is so cheap.

Yo. The customer service was terrible. We would ask for bottles of water and they never showed up. Food is not where it should be. I called three times in a day to get the room serviced and it don’t happen until 8. I saw a stray cat infront of the 28th part of the building on the normal side. I brought my service dog and when my dog saw the cat I felt bad.
