National Insurance contributions are deducted from people's wages at source, are we to assume with shrinking health care provision and NHS dentistry we will be able to claim NI refunds?

When Mairi Mcallan comes back from maternity leave there will still be an enormous lack of talent and common sense in the Scottish Govt. She hasn't done a single thing to suggest her return will lead to anything else but sharp decline. And nobody knows what Humza was up to when he was Health minister. What we do know about when he was in charge is death rates went through the roof, waiting lists got longer, and the NHS's ability to deliver as a service crumbled. It is a disgrace that such an incompetent man has held so many powerful positions in government.
