Great Video Adam! Would you be able to show a tutorial of how to rework your paths for indoor buildings or just a detailed pathing tutorial in general? It's always my biggest struggle after I make an indoor space.

I have this tutorial for paths: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gou5c6xoqN-Inbcfeature=shared But my number one tip would be to just place a null path down and flooring over the top of it as guests will still walk over it

Animal Habitat on the roof: Here in Vienna (Tiergarten Schönbrunn) there's actually a small part of a Goat Habitat on the roof of a Shop/Snack selling building. They have a ground area with acces to the roof bit. Tbh, I don't know if it's still the case; the last time I was there was before Corona, so that might have changed.
