Criticism of zoning is evolving, but it would have been nice for the presenter to have gone deeper into the statistics and source material for those critical arguments. Presenting critical arguments against zoning as almost personal really undercuts how detrimental zoning red lining and suburbia has been on the quality of life, particular for non-white Americans.
