Right. There is no such term in Astrology as delibiated, though he repeats it a dozen times. He means debilitated. Excelled or whatever the word is he is trying to say is not a term ever used, either. He means exalted. You can G-Search these terms if you like.

I am currently in Rahu Dasha - Venus antedasha. I don't have any delineated/or debilitated planets in any of the angular houses he is talking about. I actually have a very dignified chart especially in the Tropical system with 5 planets being in their home signs. I feel guilty, because I do not work at these current modern, shallow jobs where it's all about "making money", scamming others. Although I could, there is just no drive. I can't bring myself to be interested in doing this.With no life, dignity or care and conscience like everybody.. nowadays.. Also rahu Dasha is very hard on me : I feel that it's having an extreme negative effect on me and ALL areas of my life. It's in Aries in the ninth house. Lasts until 2024. I am having current problems with my Mom, finances, work, stability and even relationships. Basically everything! I feel also helpless. Please. Help me!!! What do I do???!

Why do i have an excessive sense of moral and integrity while i have a debilitated jupiter, i never do anything incorrect morally no matter how much good it will bring me, sometimes it brings me trouble and i still do it because i believe it's the right thing to do, i see people cheat and lie in their career and papers and they do advance and reach high places because of it, i dont and iam standing still because i chose not to.. i even sometimes try and think that i should change and just be like everyone alse but i just can't and i feel such guilt and shame about it, and i resort back to my old ways..😥😕 Also it has been my ever request is to learn about wisdom and knowledge and real religions and teachings, i read and study and research about these topics all day, i spend a good amount of my budget on them and they are a big part of my daily activities.. all that is jupiter right ? Then why do i have all those tendencies when i have jupiter in capricorn huh? Any one has an answer for that.. i hope 🕯 Also i don't believe that we are governed by our planets, i believe that you can create your destiny no matter what obstaceles or circumstances or planetary alignments you have if you find the right way..
