My favorite kinda planning right here :) functional, decorative, fun and you'll be able to look back and see what you did for the week. My hobo weeks comes today for 2025 and although I won't use it JUST like you use it, it will be very similar. Thanks for all the inspo and hope you keep on keepin' on with it all through 2025. :)

I need to refocus on fitness! I am finding walking works best for me, for example, outdoor walks and KZbin walking workouts from Leslie Sansone Walk at Home, Gina B from Up to the Beat Fit, and Keoni from Reps to the Rhythm.

I’m a big believer in do what works for you. I used to have a TON of Leslie Sansone walk at home DVDs. She has a lovely spirit. You’ve got this 💪🏼💪🏼 Grow with Jo is another good KZbin channel in my opinion. I did a lot of her workouts during the pandemic.
