I have been watching a lot of journal and planner video's this year. I found your channel and watched a couple of video's. You're voice is so great to listen to and you explain everything very well. I usually never comment on video's but I couldn't not tell you that I really enjoy them. :)

I had been off of KZbin for a little while partially because I was pretty certain people didn’t really vibe with my videos or that they were nothing special, but reading this really warmed me. This was a really interesting video to watch. I've been looking into getting a new planner for a while now, I really like vertical weekly format planners and really wanted to get a jibun techo before. but using my current vertical weekly format planner during my first semester of college these past few months made me realize that I don't think the format really suites me (at least not the planner "newbie" that I am) because the big weekly spreads make me feel really overwhelmed and I have a hard time consistently filling out my schedule on it. Recently I've been thinking that the hobinichi techo might suite me better because of the smaller form factor and the fact that filling out a single day at a time just feels much less daunting than dealing with the whole week. I'm really glad that you found a planner that works for you! I'm hoping I'll be able to find one that works for me better, too.

yeah when i was deciding which planner to order this one looked too overwhelming and a little crowded, i ended up going for the hobonichi a6 myself.

@@sindrealight5182 hope the hobonichi works out great for you! I ultimately decided to go with the jibun techo DAYS (daily format instead of weekly) because it was on sale at Jetpens and I thought that blocking out time for stuff might be a bit easier. I'm thinking I'll try the JT DAYS this year and give the hobonichi a try next year (the cute covers r really hard to resist) Fingers crossed I will keep it up!

Wow never noticed the underscore part on the jibun_techo. Yes to the y2k vibes. Have been wedded to B6/A5 MUJI planners for a long time bc of the similar pared down look, but I don't like...long for minimalism. I actually wish Traveler's made a sans serif planner cause I really like that system. Enjoying ur channel. =]
