Hey guys! It's finally here - my updated Classic Happy Planner setup video! I am LOVING having everything in one place within this planner. Do you have a catch-all planner, or one that you have frankenplanned? Have you been looking for a way to set up your planner to maximize productivity? Let talk about it in the comments below!

This is the first time I’ve seen one of your videos. You do an awesome job with two angles. I love the fact that you engage your audience by talking to the camera with a head shot as well as show the planner layout as you talk and add pages. Amazing job! I just switched from a classic to the big Farmhouse in July as my home planner. I use many planners. I haven’t tried Frankenplanning. I have a big teacher planner for work only, a classic faith, classic budget, mini for my purse to coincide work and home schedules, and of course my new big Farmhouse. I’ll be watching you for more inspiration❣️

+Marcell Hobbs Welcome to my channel! Thank you so much for the kind words! I love dual camera angles as a viewer, so I really wanted to incorporate that into my videos as well. This is wonderful to hear, and I really appreciate the feedback. You have quite a planner lineup - lots of variety in sizes and uses! It’s so nice when you find a system that works best for you. Thanks again for stopping by, and I’m happy to hear you really enjoyed the video. 💕💕

I know this is an older video but I’ve been watching all the happy Planner videos and yours popped up in my feed. I have to say I looooved the way you showed it and your voice is so clear and enjoyable. I just set mine up as a home planner and need to get those dashboards and labels. For now I used old HP dividers but love the look of the dashboards. Thanks for sharing

Wow! I love that planner!!! I just picked up an undated Big Farmhouse and the Homestead Planner as well as Coastal Vibes and a mini Garden Blooms. I started planning in January and I’m obsessed and have so many plans. Which is why I picked up so many different planners with the spring release. My current planner is the Agate, I believe, I happened to get it on clearance in November and started using it in January. I love how you have everything you need in one planner. I don’t know if I’ll be doing that or not, I haven’t fully decided. I’m a new subscriber and this is the first video I’ve seen of yours! I really wish that planner you’re using in the video, was still available!

Kristen, I'm in the same HP right now and absolutely love it. I did go with the expander discs in rose gold - with my ADHD brain, I need everything in one big planner. I'm going to have to consider the wellness pack. Love the layout of those pages. Thanks for the great ideas!

I’m always so curious how folks plan their days when there are multiple monthlies and weeklies. Do you use a scratch pad and compile tasks from each calendar into a single view? I’d go nuts if I had more than one monthly calendar to check! How do you keep everything together? To clarify, I have separate lists for various projects and jobs, but all the deadlines and appointments go on a single calendar.
@nomadickristen
@nomadickristen 6 жыл бұрын
+Christine Cortese Great question! The short answer, yes, I have a single view calendar. However, I use my catch-all planner to plan and track the minute details of my overall blocks. For example, within my Agenda section, these planning pages track our daily routines and activities (appointments, activities, meal plan, etc.). For me, it wouldn’t make sense to add in my wellness tracking and social media plans all into this section as well. This is why I have a separate section for wellness and social media planning with their own calendars. I use the monthly calendars only for subject-area focused information. Wellness contains moon phase tracking, health information, etc. and my social media contains my scheduled blog posts and videos. Having these sections broken down within the same planner, though, does make it manageable to keep it all together. I know it may seem a little hectic to some, but the system has been working flawlessly for me! That’s the wonderful thing about planning, everyone has their own way of doing it that works best for them!

Hi #Kristen!! New s ubscriber! I clicked on it because of the planner (didn't realize that you travel, which I also LOVE!!) It looks like you redid your RV with some cabinets painted white & some black?? Anyway I have a QUESTION~ What kind of countertops do you have?? They look like butcher block & are gorgeous!!! WHAT are they made of & WHERE did you get them?? They are the style that I want in my kitchen. Thanks!! *Sheri*

Thank you so much subscribing! Yes, we renovated our RV before beginning to travel full time. As for our cabinets, we did do a dual tone with white and charcoal. The dark cabinets are a nice contrast to the white. We love it! Our cabinets are butcher block. My husband made them from scratch using 2x4s. I am so glad you like them! If you are interested, we did a whole tour of our renovated RV on our family travel channel - I'll link that video below. Thank you so much for watching! kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqmbi5epp6h8eM0

It came out great ... You did a great job love it... I have a question in the video it looks so easy how your pages flip on the metal disc.. do they flip easy ? Because i have metal disc in my mini happy planner and i have to turn the pages one or two at a time only because if i go from the hello page to like less than half of my planner it gets stiff and hard to flip the pages 😞 any suggestions or tips that can help me ? Thanks
