Your words are so inspiring, and I am glad you are here . I've watched your videos for years, and I think your outlook has always been very uplifting. You've always kept a good mindset. Agree it is so important to watch our words and what we speak. I also love that you glorify God and that you find strength in Him. I am a mom to a 5 mo baby boy. Ive been trying to figure out when to script/journal and try to figure out i really like to do. (Making the time and being okay with waking up early if needed). I just feel so scattered lol.

I love this video and your Focus Journal!!!! The Artist Way (I think Julia Cameron) has been on my To Read list forever. I started it once but did not get it done. You've inspired me to try again. Love it! I've used your method in B6 but may need more space like perhaps your Personal. Keep sharing your Focus Journals--you are amazing with energy and can do attitude!

I'm using a Focus Journal this month too! Mine is a different blank dot grid journal I already had. It's also set up a bit different for me than yours is. I have my Gratitude in the front, then my Scripture memorization/notes, then a page for Home tracker and Personal tracker, (my trackers are suited to me), then a tracker two page spread for my Bible reading/notes(something I've been working on), May trips & travels, and then the rest for journaling. I have my Monthly for appts and scripting, My sub box Journal for written prayers for the month and basically anything I want to jot down, and my Yearly because I use it all the time. I'm loving a focus journal and how I've made it my own. I would love to deep dive into your scripture memorization, especially while working on it as well. I also want to add, I have a spiral bound weekly planner but this is an appt, to do list for my entire family.

I actually don’t think it’s disgusting-I’m sharing with young moms that motherhood is hard and it’s important that women write out how they want to live in detail so they don’t collapse into a dark abyss that is easy to do as a Mother. It’s especially hard for Moms if they are just going off a long list of to-dos! I’m a mom of 8-I definitely know what it can feel like-it’s easy to get lost and not thrive. Don’t misunderstand-I’m pro Mom and only here to support and lift-up women. And by all means-if you love to-do lists, only-do what works.
