Another note: the Restigouche River defines the boundary between the Provinces of New Brunswick and Quebec. No problem to meander back and forth across this border, but be mindful that it's also the timezone boundary! So your satellite or cellphone might switch an hour back and forth across the timezone change!

Depends on ur schedule. 3 days to loon bay is very nice, especially if u fish. Going to the flow is a lot of paddling I’d stick to loon bay
