I am first time commenting on your video. I just want to say that i am sick of living in city. Just because of mother illness I am not able to move hills otherwise i would have moved there. My mother is a ckd patient and need daily dialysis. I think this is something that will encourage many people to leave this rat race in city life n be peaceful in your life. Many are earning good but internally they are not happy. Everything we do we do for our happiness n even after earning so good people are not happy its because they do what society show them. Thank you. You guys are wonderful showing that you can be happy while living with less earning taking better air and better environment in all ways. I would love to meet you guys one day.

This is not kadi. It is redu means tadke wala curd. For outsiders to understand, they normally called it kadi. It is side dish & mixed with rajma rice or dal rice or chana rice to add tangy flavor. We do cook besan kadi too.

Luv this is called kheru. खेरु- This is , as he said curd/Chhachh . Yelllloish look is only due to turmeric . I having spend my first 15 years of life in HP have lived on such locally great delicacies . Shifting to Pauri shortly. Have seen a lot of talla ramgarh, nathua khan, sona pani mukteshwar etc
