For me this doesn't work. I plan (in my head) my outfit, the night before. And than when I wake up, it rains or storms and I can't be bothered wearing a dress or skirt and I change my mind. But that's me!! 😘

Yes! I do this all the time as well, especially for those tight schedules. I mean without thinking through what outfit is going to help me get through the day things are getting harder to be done. Another thing is to plan the outfit and save the one you particularly want to ware for some day if you work in an office and change your outfit every day. Anna, good luck on all the incoming event! I enjoyed this video. It's the middle of summer here but I am thinking ahead about what I might wear to work this winter. We can wear whatever we want so I usually go for jeans "and a top" so I think I will get some knits. Thanks!

Every Sunday afternoon, I check the weather forecast, look at my calendar of events, and based on both things, I plan my outfits for the week. I move those pieces to the left corner of my closet rail (Monday's top followed by Monday's bottoms, Tuesday's top and bottoms, etc.) so I can find them quickly. Only very infrequently do I have to deviate from what I've planned. Having outfits pre-selected allows me to ease into the morning in a peaceful and calm way, instead of frantically throwing things on my bed (like I used to do) looking for "matching" items...Giving myself the time to plan helps me dress a lot more creatively and purposefully, too! I feel a lot more confident and productive at work since I've started doing this. I totally recommend it.

I really love when you keep using the same make up and clothes in your videos because it means you really love it and everything goes with a lot of things in your wardrobe. Anna, when you mentioned planning outfits for the week and putting them on a separate rail, I thought that was genius, I have always planned and ironed ahead of time but to have them separated on a rail with shoes and accessories just seems like a “ohm” moment. Anna, I wonder whether you have used any of the closet organization applications on your phone? If not, I think it would work perfectly for your capsule wardrode. I am using Stylebook and really love it! It allows you catalog all your clothes and then create looks out of them, and then you can record it in the calendar and also plan for the future. You can also save your inspirations there. I hope you find this useful! Love you❤️

One day to go!! I love the weekly outfits planning video. I work from home twice a week and find that my tracksuit bottoms work perfectly and I don't have to change when running errands outside. :-) There is an app called Smart Closet which is great for planning and combining outfits.
