You can leave it as two and count third one for getting ahead for February, allowing you to cash envelope a little extra if available.

For dictation sometimes you can just act like you are talking to a friend and get the thoughts out. Then when you get time to sit down you can fill in and will have starting points.

But I would still count the dictation words as written words because you are working.
