For my content planning, (this isn’t my channel account), I use post it notes (tabs). That way I can quickly rearrange my content without erasing. I then write it in once I’m in the week and it’s locked in. Maybe that will work for you too. 😊

There are many of us that love to see more functional planning. I think you would get a new group of people following you. Sometimes I feel completely overwhelmed by the decorative planning (it’s a love/hate relationship!) 😂😂😂😂 I love the result, but many times don’t have time for the set up.

Frixion erasable pens work so well for my social media planner and being a perfectionist I love being able to erase mistakes. I’ve just bought a set in different colours as well. I use a Happy Planner teacher layout with dates at the top and categories in the sidebar. Still waiting for Happy Planner to come out with that as a layout as I love having lines!

I got the H &O B5 minimalist. Absolutely LOVE it. It’s my catch all, goals, travels (we’re snow birds and live full time in a motor home, so that’s quite a bit of info) health, pet, ALL THE THINGS. The 20 blank pages in the back let me do goals/routines/long term and event planning my way. I’m using the quarterly section for 30 day challenges. I like the idea of seeing all 12 in one spot. There’s even enough space at the bottom of each month for a little recap of results/reviews/thoughts. They also work well for symptoms trackers if you have chronic health conditions.

These look like they will be super functional and helpful for you, and I hope they work for you as you want them to! On the monthly overview, you said you didn't think you needed to answer the questions but then right after that you were reflecting on how in the past you can get caught up in hustle mode and burn out. So I think answering those questions would actually be very helpful for you. Take time to consider the prompts they gave you about setting boundaries and taking time for self care because you need to do that to preserve yourself and your work pace to maintain the highest level of productivity, satisfaction and mental well-being. You deserve to do that for yourself! I wish you a happy, healthy and successful 2025!

You mentioned not wanting to answer the monthly review questions because they were geared toward self-care. Maybe consider doing review questions for your business? There is the KISS Method - Keep, Improve, Start, Stop. Its a good way to reflect on what you want to continue doing, what you want to improve, what you want to start doing and what you want to stop doing. Just an idea!

I love that you put a little decorations in your planner. I would recommend covering your tabs with some clear shipping tape. That would help strengthen them. Happy New Year!

Your Q1, Q2 pages might work well to track your social media stats. Also, the overview pages might be good to track your monthly wins, what worked, what didn't work type of information, if you think that would be helpful for you to track.

Maybe set a monthly stat checkin.. End of the month, you look back at your video stats etc, and then set a goal or plan for the next month that makes sense for those stats. or maybe bi-monthly check. that way you're not checking randomly or obsessively, but rather intentionally. and do something productive with those checks. does that make sense? might help you stay balance.

Maybe use the Quarterly page to keep track of release dates, deadlines, Go Wild, etc. Or it could be used for expenses if you need more detail than on the prior page. Good luck!

have you ever used the sticky note method for your monthly? Write each video you plan for the month on a sticky note (that fits your box) and put it on the calendar. Then they're easy to move and adjust as you need to. Maybe once you've posted them, you write in pen on the paper. and throw away the sticky.

I’m not one to comment much but they have erasable pens. I hate writing with pencil as well but I like the ability to change things up. The frixion 0.5 pens are my favorite.
