I love all of these tips. This is a suggestion because I see a lot of youtubers do this. I think it will help with the disclaimer language. Instead of titling the video something like "how to..." or something like that, title it "tips for using shape stickers" or "How I use shape stickers." That way, when people click on the video, they know they are getting YOUR tips and others may do it differently. Maybe that makes your videos less likely to come up in search results; I'm not up on how KZbin works from the content creator side.

Hey Mary Ellen, I saw in one of your triangles in the butterfly spread that you may have TMJ. I suffered terribly with this. I chewed through a couple of denist-made mouth guards and ended up getting Botox in my jaw. The Botox (also from my dentist) was LIFECHANGING. Not sure if you're still having issues, but I always try to pass it on when I get a health win😊

Yes! That's one of the things that make TMJ so difficult to pin down. I got pain behind my ears, in my tongue and roof of my mouth, and often had trouble/pain swallowing as well. I also had chronic sinus/eye aches and neck aches. Honestly, it was a nightmare. TMJ can be completely debilitating.

Love the ideas! Also, you don’t need to have the patreon spreads if you wanna show some tips. You can show a picture instead, like from their IG. Make up channels do this all the time, if they wanna show a product they don’t own.
