I don't understand...there are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths upstairs. What homeowner is going to want to carry all laundry up and down the stairs, through the kitchen, out the back of the house, and 3/4 around to the front of the house to access an outdoor laundry room?

You can bypass 1 wc upstairs to convert it into another laundry, if you need 2 laundry area in a house. But for an inside discipline, everyone must bring their clothes down for the laundry then iron them downstairs and take clean clothes up. Otherwise if someone wait for the Mother to do all this, she will get very tired. 4 upstairs beds means four persons, and the downstairs bed if for guess.
