Hello, your designs are very practical, simple and stylish, and they become more beautiful every day. In this design, I think there is a problem that privacy is less respected in the bedrooms. As there is only one wall, sounds may be heard in another room. Another problem is that the balcony of the two bedrooms is the same and you can look at the other room through the window. thank you. Please include the AutoCAD plan if possible

Hermosa casa. Yo le haría unos toques para adaptarla a mi gusto. La planta inferior la dejaría tal cual. En la superior haría una habitación principal tipo suite que incluya un sauna y una habitación secundaria más una hermosa terraza con asadero y jacuzzi
