2500 affordable housing units is not nearly enough to meet the housing demand in Queens. It should also be noted that large stadiums have many negative externalities from noise & light pollution to increased traffic. I seriously hope the developers aren't cashing in with tax breaks at the expense of NYC taxpayers, but they probably are.
