They make money selling the plugin. They're not going to tell you how to do things when they are trying to sell to you.

I saw you add openings. Is that opening areas deduct automatically from brick work or manually need to deduct in a excel sheet??

It is automatically deducted. Everything is done within PlanSwift, we do not export to excel.

Its not showing the actual numbers of bricks or any other materials

Can you specify where you are seeing this happen? The plugin calculates all materials added to the assemblies.
